Innovation Activation
“Your team is capable and cautious, and good ideas keep dying somewhere between the hallway and the agenda.”
What people usually say
Innovation Activation is a facilitated workshop for leadership teams that want to be more innovative and are not sure what that would actually require of them.
It is not a creativity exercise. Most teams in senior living are not short on ideas. They are short on a shared method for evaluating them, a safe way to test them cheaply, and a path from a good idea to a funded one.
What the session does
Names the real constraint. Teams usually assume the barrier is imagination or budget. More often it is ambiguity about who can say yes, an implicit penalty for visible failure, or the absence of any small-scale way to try something.
Builds a shared filter. A simple, agreed test for which ideas deserve attention, so evaluation stops depending on who is in the room or who spoke last.
Runs a live cycle. The team takes its own real problems through the full loop during the session: surface, frame, test cheaply, decide.
Leaves a working method. Participants leave with the cadence, the language, and the decision rules to keep running it without me.
Format
A half-day or full-day session for eight to twenty-five participants, with a short discovery call beforehand so the material uses your actual problems. Available as a standalone workshop or as a series across a leadership cohort.
Half-day sessions work well as part of a leadership retreat. Full-day sessions work better when the goal is a lasting change in how the team operates.
